  • We offer packages starting at 2 hours, with a 3-hour minimum for most weekend events.

  • Yes! Every booking includes a professional experience host(s) who ensures everything runs smoothly, assists guests, and keeps the energy up.

  • Videos are delivered instantly via:

    • QR code

    • Text message

    Guests can download and share their videos on the spot.

  • Absolutely! We offer custom overlays and branding to match your event’s aesthetic, colors, or logo—perfect for weddings and corporate events.

  • To ensure the best experience, we require:

    • A flat, stable surface

    • Approximately 8x8 ft of space

    • Preferred access to a standard power outlet (if you do not have access this, please let us know while booking.)

    • 45–60 minutes prior access for setup

    • Access to a strong wi-fi network

  • At this time, we primarily service venues and commercial event spaces. If you’re unsure, feel free to inquire.

  • Travel is included within a local service area. Events outside that radius may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed during booking.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For custom branding, we prefer at least 4 weeks in advance but can provide expedited service for a fee. Early booking during peak times are strongly encouraged.

  • A non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your event date. Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
